With a specific goal of preserving and displaying the maritime artw0rk of artist John A. Noble, this museum also exhibits period decorated rooms, artifacts and artwork relating to Staten Island's maritime history.

Among the museum's permanent collections are the houseboat studio of John Noble, now preserved within the museum, and a ship model gallery displaying all types of model ships from the 18th through 20th century. Open Thursday through Sunday - admission is by donation.
