Try Prospect Park for dog walking 
If you have a dog and want a fun time for him, it has to be at the Prospect Park in Brooklyn. It’s one of the best dog parks in Brooklyn. Off- leash hours have been also established here. They are from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 5 to 9 a.m. daily in Long Meadow, Nether mead, Peninsula. It also has a swimming option for dogs.

But please be aware about the fine. That is $100 for an unleashed dog summons. Make sure to keep your dog on a leash 6 feet or shorter during regular hours. Be safe and have fun with your pet.
