Cooking Lessons in New York City from a Culinary Veteran!
Author of The Occasional Vegetarian and other great cookbooks, Karen Lee is a veteran chef who specializes in flavorful, low-fat recipes. She frequently uses organic vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, and nuts; hand selecting every ingredient she uses for each class.
Karen hosts cooking classes in NYC on Tuesday nights from 7-10 P.M., as well as on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 10 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. Weekend clases are also available. In the summer, Karen hosts classes on Long Island (the Hamptons) on Wednesday nights from 6-9:30 P.M. She also offers catering and private chef services. Gift certificates are available.
