The Hans Herr House Museum aims to collect, preserve and interpret the artifacts that is related to the history, faith and life of the Lancaster County's European settlers. The focus of the activities in this museum in pa is the 1719 Herr House and the immediate grounds, restored and furnished in order to reflect and show the period of 1719 until the year 1759. There is an addition to the museum, the replica of the Native American longhouse in the spring of 2013.
