Fire Island: a time of your own in winter

All of us deserve a little getaway once in a while, especially during the dull and gloomy winter months. Fire Island can be a great option for this. It is one of the best winter getaways in Long Island. One of the great things about Fire Island is that no cars are allowed. So either you have to walk or take a bike. It is one of the reasons of feeling the place like a summer camp.

This place has beautiful houses to rent and a wonderful beach. And to hop between the towns, there is water taxi which would be another great experience.
