Designed specifically for dance performances, this Chelsea NYC theatre has programming that includes many different types of dance from ballet to modern, from solo interpretive pieces to choreographed storytelling dances you can find it all at the Joyce. Founded in 1982 with a goal of promoting a love and appreciation of dance in the local community as well as supporting dancers locally and abroad, this theater has been a huge success.
