The owner, Sue Torres, continues to take annual trips to cook beside some of Mexican’s culinary stars and improves her knowledge of the Mexican food.

Her love for Mexico knows no bounds, her restaurant design is magnificent from the enhanced short passageway, to a hidden door which reveals Suenos hidden treasure. Torres selected an array of New World wines, tequilas and mescals using 100 percent originally grown Agave.
