World Famous Stage in Manhattan

Located in uptown Manhattan this well known theater has been thrilling audiences with its top-notch shows since the early 1900s. Now primarily focused on honoring the contributions of African Americans to the arts and helping advance and promote up-and-coming African American talent this theater is host to a rich variety of talents and performance types.

Having been the debut stage for such world famous artists as Ella Fitzgerald and Lena Horn, the Apollo continues to give new talent a stage to get started on with Amateur Night as a regular event.
